Experience

Certified UX Professional (Research focus)

I believe that every user deserves to have the best experience possible, whether shopping online or searching for a store nearest you. Taking an investigative approach towards research, my methodology combines both data science with user research to understand user behavior at its core.

Since my journey into UX, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clientele, ranging from large government programs to e-commerce businesses. My efforts focus on helping clients meet their goals, curating a strategy with a focus on improving KPI metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and revenue.

With that said, the user should be at the fore-front of every design process, guided by client goals to create a successful business. In the field of UX, there is always a problem to solve, and I am up for the challenge to find the right solution for the user.
